We want consequential errors to be easy to report and visibly corrected.
Report an error
Use the contact page and include the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and an authoritative source when available. Safety, medical, rule, and product-compatibility reports receive priority.
What happens next
We review the cited passage and relevant primary sources. If the correction is material, we update the page, its modification date, and any connected calculator, table, structured data, or internal link. Minor spelling and formatting fixes do not change the modification date.
Transparency
Material corrections should include a short note explaining what changed. We do not silently preserve a claim that cannot be supported.
